"Tender Spring" crochet square pattern

These crochet square are so sweet and easy to make that I put my large crochet project aside for a while to go ahead with this new one. I crocheted my "Tender Spring" crochet squares by last spring, but I only got to finish the PDF pattern several days ago.

Estos cuadrados de ganchillo son tan dulces y fáciles de hacer que dejé mi gran proyecto de ganchillo a un lado por un tiempo para seguir adelante con este nuevo. Tejí mis cuadrados de ganchillo "Tender Spring" la primavera pasada, pero sólo he terminé el patrón en PDF hace tan sólo unos días.

As always, the idea began to round my head without being able to stop it. I think that the spring weather, after a long cold winter, had a lot to do with it too, because the first thing I did was go to my skein stash and choose spring colors before I had a clear mental image of what I wanted to do with them. My chosen colors were the ones you see here in Creativa fingering cotton yarn from Anchor Crafts.

Como siempre, la idea empezó a rondar mi cabeza sin que la pudiera parar. El tiempo primaveral, después de un largo y frío invierno, creo que también tuvo mucho que ver con ello, porque lo primero que hice fue ir a mi stash de ovillos y elegir colores primaverales antes de tener una imagen mental clara de lo que quería hacer con ellos. Los colores elegidos son estos que veis aquí en hilo de algodón Creativa de Anchor Crafts.

The result of all this was a 14x14 cm (5.5x5.5") crochet square, very simple and very comfortable to make.

El resultado de todo ello fue un cuadrado de ganchillo de 14x14 cm (5.5x5.5") muy sencillo y muy cómodo de tejer.

Already put on it, I began to try different color combinations. I remember being so happy, enjoying these pretty colors and the new crochet project.

Ya puesta en ello, comencé a probar diferentes combinaciones de color. Recuerdo que estaba tan feliz, disfrutando de estos bonitos colores y del nuevo proyecto de ganchillo.

The last round, in a soft early spring green, would allow you to join the squares in a very comfortable way to create blankets, cushions, bags... any larger crochet project we can imagine.

La última vuelta, en un verde tierno de principios de primavera, permitiría unir los cuadrados de una manera muy cómoda para crear mantas, cojines, bolsos... cualquier proyecto de ganchillo de mayor tamaño que podamos imaginar.

This time is turning out to be quite disturbing and shaken. Well, I'm not saying anything new and I know it.  That's why I think that, more than ever, it's necessary to take a break for ourselves, recharge our soul with good vibes and positive energy, breathe in peace and pay our attention to the hidden beauty in the little things. I wish your rest time will allow you to get all this. Here bellow some of the beauty I've found.

Este tiempo está resultando bastante inquietante y agitado. Bueno, sé que no estoy diciendo nada nuevo. Por eso, creo que más que nunca se hace necesario hacer una pausa para nosotras mismas, recargar el alma de buenas vibraciones y energía positiva, respirar en paz y prestar atención a la belleza escondida en las pequeñas cosas. Deseo que vuestro tiempo de descanso os permita obtener todo esto. Aquí abajo algo de la belleza que he ido encontrado.
